CBM prg Studio v3.2.1 | Arthur Jordison has released a new version of CBM prg Studio. Changes in this version: Improvements for the screen designer, assembler, sprite designer, prg generation, code indent and comments. Removed errors in code reformatting, negative numbers in BYTE and WORD sequences and numbers in strings in BYTE and TEXT sequences.

CGSC v1.29 | The CGSC (Compute's Gazette Sid Collection) has had an update. The COMPUTE!'s Sidplayer was a music system, created by Craig Chamberlain and Harry Bratt, for the Commodore 64. The aim of the Compute's Gazette Sid Collection is to preserve as many of those Sidplayer music files in one location as possible. The current collection contains 13896 MUS, 4135 STR and 4791 WDS files.

AmigaAMP v3.14 - AmigaOS 4 | Thomas Wenzel released an update of his music player for the Amiga. AmigaAMP is a GUI based MPEG audio player, but it can also play AIFF, WAV and FLAC files. Changes in this version: Improvements for AAC streams, MP3 files with HTML code and the playlist navigation. New features: mute button, equalizer, previous / next menu entries. And many small errors are removed.

C64FC | Stian Søreng has developed the C64FC Flash cartridge for the Commodore C64. The cartridge will emulate a 8 kByte EPROM, but you can program the cartridge from your PC. Plipbox | Plipbox is an device that allows to connect Amiga's via Ethernet to your local network. The device uses a an Arduino and connects to the parallel port. Changes in this version: Fast burst protocol with a maximum speed of 235 KiB/s, improved firmware and driver code, and a new test modes to allow detailed benchmarking of all system components.

Princess C64SD v3.0 - Firmware v0.10.4 | For the Princess C64SD v3.0 is new firmware available. The changes in this version are: Improvements for the VICE VIC emulation, and reading tapes with the VIC PAL. And there is a new XF5 option to avoid problems with VICE dumps.

Portable KIM-1 | Scott Lawrence made a portable KIM computer. For this KIM-1 he used an old plastic case he picked-up on a hamfest and a display from a surplus store. The computer inside is a Arduino Uno R3 micro board and a Seeed Studio protoshield. You can follow the whole process on his blog.

Boxx 2 - Amiga | Lemming880 released a new game for the Amiga. The game is called Boxx 2 and is made with the help of the program Backbone. It is a run and jump platform game, where you must collect all the coins and kill the enemies. This version has more sprites and is available as a diskette or as a hard-disk version.

SEUCK Compo 2015 | The New Dimension web page is organising a new SEUCK competition for the year 2015. The rules are: C64 PAL or NTSC. Music for the intro is allowed, but for the game you can only use sound effects and send in your games before the 31st March 2015. At the moment there are already two games in the competition: Gigablast by Alf Yngve and 3000 Kung Fu Maniacs Demo by Psytronik Software.
