ComVex 2012 | The 8th edition of the Commodore Vegas Expo was held on the 28th and 29th of July 2012. You can watch the photos of the meeting on the pdxcug web page. AmigaScene.nl - Viva Amiga | On the 7th of April 2012 Zach Weddington will be doing a film-shoot for the movie Viva Amiga in the Netherlands. On this special day AmigaScene.nl will organise an Amiga Party.
The venue for the party will be the big theatre hall of CKC in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. There will be a big screen with demo's, graphics and other Amiga related content. The hall will have a demo-scene look, and yes you can bring your own Amiga. The more the better! There will be people from the Amiga world in the Netherlands such as Jan van Die (Amiga Magazine) and François Boulangé (Lingo).

Brisbane C64 Night 2011 | Brisbane C64 Night is a meeting of C64 fans in Australia on the 27th of August 2011. Bring your C64 or another 8-bit Commodore computer with you and have a great evening. 25 Year Amiga Party | In the Babylon in Heerhugowaard (the Netherlands) there will be a party to celebrate 25 years of Amiga. The party will be on the 24th of July 2010. On this date it will be exactly 25 years ago that the Amiga 1000 was introduced. The day will be about the Amiga and the creative scene that belongs to the Amiga.

X·2010 | The 10th X party will be held from October 1th until October 3rd 2010. The party will be at the new and improved location: De Hoof 18, Someren - the Netherlands. Competitions: C64 Demo, C64 Music and C64 Graphics. Visit the web page of X·2010 for all the details.

LCP 2009 | The LCP (Little Computer People) party will be held on 17-19 July 2009 in Lund, Sweden. This party is for all C64, Amiga, Atari, Spectrum and console fans. In addition to the mighty compo, there will be lots of other party features in order to make LCP a mighty pleasant experience. You can expect demos on the bigscreen, game compos, DJ'ing, movies and much more.

Press Play On Tape | PPOT will be performing at The Rock. The event is in Copenhagen, Denmark. The supporting act will be Reyn Ouwehand. Reyn is an internationally acclaimed performer and producer and the composer of famous tunes like Last Ninja 3 and Flimbo's Quest. Tickets are 110 Denmark Kroner or about 15 Euro's.

Retro fair | The Bonami game-computer museum organises a retro computer fair. There will be many exhibitors who sell games, consoles, computers and much more. The fair is in Harderwijk, the Netherlands on 4 April 2009. The entrance is 1 euro. Go to the Bonami web page for all the details.

Retro Computer Dag - 2009 | The Retro Computer Dag is the largest retro computer event in the Netherlands. On this day (29 April 2009) you can buy all sorts of games, consoles and computers. Examples are: Atari, Commodore, Amiga, Sinclair, Philips, Sharp, MSX, BBC, Amstrad, New Brain, Intellivision, Vectrex, Coleco, Nintendo, Sega, Dreamcast and Sony Playstation 1.

X-2008 | The X-2008 party is going to be on 24-26 October 2008 in Hengelo (Gld.) - The Netherlands. The biannual c64-only event has been one of its kind in 8-bit partyland. Not only do you get brilliant demo/graphics/music competitions, but you also get a nice bed, hot showers, proper food, breakfast and all the beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee you can drink. And this year there is a live performance of Reyn Ouwehand!

Back In Time - Stockholm 2008 | This event is all about celebrating the Commodore 64 and its music. The event will take place on September 13, in Stockholm, Sweden. The host are Andreas Wallström from C64.com and John Carehag from Ziphoid Entertainment. On stage: Jeroen Tel, 6581 with Reyn Ouwehand, Eike Steffen and Andreas Wallström, Disco Danceaway and DJ Jucke.

Breakpoint 2008 | The demos and intros from the Breakpoint 2008 party are available from the web page. This demoscene party is about Amiga, PC, C64, music and graphics.

Vintage Computer Festival East 4.0 (2007) | The Vintage Computer Festival East 4.0 was held Saturday and Sunday, June 9th and 10th in Wall Township NJ. Take a look at the very special items shown on the festival like a 264, C64 LCD and the Amiga AAA motherboard.

Primary Star 2007 | Primary Star is a C64 party organized by Anubis from August 10th till August 12th in the town of Reusel (The Netherlands). HCC Members can buy a day ticket! Breakpoint 2007 | This year the world's biggest pure demo scene event Breakpoint will be from the 6th to the 9th of April 2007 (Easter weekend). This is the fifth anniversary with 1000 creative participants from more than 30 nations are expected to once again gather in the beautiful town of Bingen am Rhein, Germany.

Minimig at Codex Alpe Adria 2006 | Dennis van Weeren was present on the Codex Alpe Adria 2006 in Italy. He gave a demonstration on his minimig. His project won second place a C-one. When he's done with his minimig he can do a C64 in his C-one. If you want to listen to his demonstration check out the website.

Retro Computer Day | In November there will be another Retro Computer Dag (26-11-2006) in the Netherlands. Not only Commodore computers but all other home- or gamecomputer will be on show. After the success of the latest show this time even more tables.

History of the game computer. | There will be an exhibition about the history of the game computer from 7 July until 9 September in the museum Het Kleine Veenloo. There will be exhibition of game computers, cartridges, disc-drives and cassette-recorders to give a complete history of many old systems. There will be a lot of brands like Atari, Philips, Commodore, Sinclair, Sony and Nintendo. Also a very special and rare system the Magnavox Odyssey from 1972 will be there. But also a working Sony Play Station 2 is on display. During the exhibition you can play Space Invaders on a Atari 2600 and Pac-Man on a Commodore 64. The major part of the systems are from private collector Erik Klooster. The museum Het Kleine Veenloo is located on the Markt 10 in the city Veenendaal. The museum is open: Tuesday - Saturday from 10.00 until 16.00.

Win a C65 | Always wanted a C65 for your collection? Then here is your chance. You have to enter a demo for the 0XAA (Codex Alpe Adria) demo competition. And second price is a C-one computer. There are different competitions: C64 (PAL, 1541-II), Amiga (A1200 PAL AGA / RTG), PC (Windows XP SP2, Wild Demo (anything you would like, including animations, videos and photographs)

Jeroen Tel at X2006 | The organizers of X2006 have announced that the well known musician Jeroen Tel will perform on X2006. The date for the 8th X party weekend is; 13, 14 and 15 October. (Hengelo, The Netherlands.) X-2006 will be a pure C64 only event. PC's, laptops and PDA's are not allowed at the partyplace unless you have 'em hooked up as a slave for your superior C64 equipment ofcourse.

X-2006 | The date for the 8th X party weekend is; 13, 14 and 15 oktober. Commodore on CES | CES is one of the most important Consumers Electronics Shows in the USA. And after being away for several years Commodore will be at the 2006 event. (5-8 Jan 2006) Commodore will present new hardware such as the: Navigator, MediaTower and the MediaBox.

Retro Computer Day Holland | After the great success of the Dutch RetroComputerDay of 2004 there is a follow-up planned in September 2005. This year the Atarians are giving it a go. But there is going to be more then Atari on this day. The Commodore computers are represented by Robert Sproktholt and Richard Lagendijk. Robert has a wide collection of Commodore, MSX, Sinclair's and Atari's. Richard will take about 5 different Commodore's for game play from the VIC20 to the Amiga CD32.

Primary Star 2005 | The Primary Star meeting has updated it's website. Compo's are: Graphics - Pal C64 with 1541. Music - 3 minutes max. Demo - 15 minutes max. 4K Intro - 10 minutes max.

Floppy 2005 | You can download the Floppy 2005 releases on the website. Floppy is a C64 only party held in Sweden.
